Greetings, I recently picked up a Nelson gateleg table and the original chairs that were purchased with it. I did not realize however, that I seem to have somewhat of a rarity. My table extends, and has a leaf with it, something I've not been able to find anywhere else online. Anyone else seen an extension version of this table? Thoughts on rarity? Thanks a bunch.

Sure. I've seen a number of them. Not as common as the standard drop leaf table, but not that obscure.

Thanks for the quick response. Wasn't thinking that I had any sort of holy grail, but cool to know it might be a little less common. Not asking for a valuation, but do you get the sense this adds any premium to the table?

I do. In a very practical sense, the ordinary drop leaf table is not terribly large for a dining table, even when fully extended. Having the option to make the table even longer with the addition of the leaf makes it more versatile and more attractive to a larger number of people.
