Anybody seen a table like this before? Leaves on the ends, laminate top. Any help is appreciated.

Hey! That's my dining table.
though I couldn't tell you who designed it.
I found mine years ago, without its leaves; and mine is cherry not blond.
The top is solid wood, except it had wood-grain formica inset on its top, solid wood border and sides. I thought the table great save for the laminate, so I removed it and replaced it with cherry veneer (and several coats of polyurethane). Though there are vestigial seams on the sides, the top is now seamless cherry.
I've had it for over ten years, thinking I'd trade up eventually. But, I've just never tired of this table-- I especially like the base.

Nice but not Nelson
Handsome table, but not the Nelson X-base. Looks like your base is made of square stock. The Nelson has round legs and the stretcher does not go across between the legs. It goes up from the center of the X to the bottom of the table top. That, and the table top is not that thick or beveled.
Still a good looking table that would mate well with a lot of nice MCM chairs.

Yes, this table works well
with the set of iron & plywood Paul McCobb chairs that I bought it to use with.
The OP's table-top appears thicker than mine, but it may be a trick of the photo. Top is actually 2" thick.

What do you think it's value is?
