By now I have to say it's...
By now I have to say it's extremely poor form of Design Addict to let this rubbish go on.
Why not cut this clown loose for gawd's sake. You prove nothing yet let everyone suffer with this obsessive compulsive every week.
If you want to make a stand for your website why not contact Gallery 925 and also the clown to find the truth. If they have have fixed the issue then you can feel safe blocking this guy without breaking your almighty rules.
Grow a spine and draw the line?
Yeah, everybody suffers.
Because it hurts so badly to read that guy's posts.
And it's just so hard to identify them and choose not to click on them.
And they stay on the forum forever and clutter it up.
Plus, he always uses the same username, so it should be trivially easy to block his posts.
fastfwd it's fine if you...
fastfwd it's fine if you want to go the cynical road with the old don't click on it if you don't like it chestnut.
I don't anymore but I think we are way beyond that mate so it's irrelevant what one does with these posts.
Either way my earlier post still stands and I believe it should be sorted one way or another.
This site has simply become a vehicle for ongoing harassment of the receiver and I doubt that is the intended purpose of this forum.Has there ever been a clear fact based explanation, photos, debate or discussion from the poster or are they just a vindictive nutter.
Personally if I were DA I would make some calls and try get to the truth. It may be one word against the other but they can try.The least they can do for readers is to try give us a conclusion to this sorry saga considering how long it seems to have been running.
Starline
See the first few messages in the thread linked below; they explain (well, my message in that thread explains) how to see both sides -- the vindictive nutter's and the unfairly accused other party's -- of the story, including photos, third-party documentation, etc.

We understand your annoyance...
We understand your annoyance about this person posting every day on the forum. Unfortunately, for the moment, we cannot block a person through his IP address. As you know, we are working on new improvements that are going to be launched soon and it will then be possible to block him with his IP address. Until then, the only thing that we can do is to delete his messages as soon as we see them.
We have contacted both, the poster and the gallery, to ask them to discuss and find a solution but, apparently, they did not succeed.
Sorry for all this and thank you for your patience.
Thanks for clarifying...
Thanks for clarifying Patrick and Alix.
I was not aware you had an issue blocking their ip address and you already had tried mediating so that is fair enough.
It would be nice if the poster could finally let it go and move on for the good of his fellow members.
