I suppose there are two ways you can take that listing. It is strongly suggesting a McCobb attribution (The title being over the line), but the body still says McCobb style as an out. So he wants to give that impression to the unaware. He could have just put McCobb style in the title also and been fine in my book. I suppose you could forward our discussion to ebay and let them pull his listing. The dumb part is he could have just listed it as a directional chair and people would misattribute it themselves instead of having him do it.
