It's never fun to have to break bad news
... but that chair looks pretty clearly like a cheap contemporary reproduction. There are so many things wrong with it, I can't begin to list them all. Other than the general shape, not much is right.
I'd do whatever I had to in order to get my money back. Hope it is resolved quickly for you.

It looked to cheaply made in my opinion. Even for being refinished it just doesnt look right...And people do print fake labels she probably didnt attach it for a reason? Maybe incase you claim that it is fake she will say "I sent you a chair believed to be a herman miller along with a label I found"...probably smart trying to avoid making false claims? IDK but I do know that the shock mounts dont look right after doing a quick google search.

.
A dead giveaway is the photo labeled 297kB -- which shows the central spine element. The bend is not crisp -- but more importantly, the piece doesn't taper in thickness as do all the older chairs. HM and perhaps Vitra now make this piece of a single thickness, as here. The original design included tapered internal veneers, so that some parts of the piece were thinner than the central portion.
Sorry about that !
