I have one of these
stools, which is teak and made in Denmark, but mine is packed up for a move so this pic is of someone else's. I got it for 2 bucks at auction. It's great except do not stand on it to change a light bulb. Kinda tippy.
And I have two of these candleholders (also packed up---these are someone else's on Etsy right now). I think they're marked Japan. I don't think I've ever used them but I can't quite bring myself to get rid of them, either. Mine are rusty and someday I will either clean them up (if possible) or paint them flat black. Then maybe I'll actually use them.
