why don't you all get together and sue the pants of this guy/ company and contact companies house too to make them aware of your actions.
then stick with the reputable shops that are recommended to you or that have been around for years.

It would be prudent to get together amd establish through all your cases that the company set out to defraud you from the beginning and that way get the police involved.

The chair he has marked as aarnio pod chair/what is it actually called and where can I get a reproduction of it. I am very poor and would like to buy a cheap reproduction from china, I have been looking for that chair everywhere since I saw a set with it in a club. Lots of other complaints about these people when you google 'em. I'd strongly reccomend complaining (with a link to this and other threads) to any newspapers, websites etc who carry their advertising - that really hurts shysters like these.
