Furniture Designer needed

I am trying to find a furniture (sofa) designer for my company but have no idea where to look. Does anyone know of good headhunting agencies that can help me find a sofa designer from Europe or America?
What we are looking for is someone with experience in designing and producing contemporary sofas so we can improve our design and quality. Also they would have to be willing to come to our factory and work with us here for a few months so we could learn and work together on new designs.

Please help! I have no idea where to look.

Are you only looking for experienced designers? What about so many up and coming and young designers who might not have any experience with working with manufacturers but have better designs for your company than experienced ones?

if would accept someone that...
if would accept someone that has not worked with a manufacturer but is a great designer with great design ethics than i know one. the person i know has had custom work done for residential projects.

Looking for a designer from Europe or America you write - I don't see how nationality is of any importance, what is important is where you and the factory is located...

sorry - misunderstanding
sorry my mistake, actually we are looking for more of a technical person, which is why we want experience. we are not mainly looking for new designs but help improving our products, improving the way we make our designs work and improving how to make a better sofa not just design wise. So i guess i posted this in the wrong place, really sorry!
and to add i do support new up and coming designers! i would definately prefer someone with new fresh ideas than someone with experience.
