Hey all, long time no post. Mostly because I figured if I posted any more pottery or broken furniture, you'd hunt me down. Hope everyone's well 🙂 So, what do you think about this? Searched but can't find anything similar...thinking custom-made? Would love to hear any thoughts or if anyone recognizes. Thanks!

They look like Oxford dining chairs.

I have never seen such a thing but I think you should send a photo to Fritz Hansen and see what they say!

thanks!! I actually thought of the same thing this am and send the photos to Fritz Hansen 🙂 They're benches so my initial thought was that they were in an office reception or something. Thanks again!

phonegirl,
Anything in the "commercial sales" world is possible.
As an example, in the late eighties and early nineties Fritz Hansen supplied the furniture to all the Bang & Olufsen showrooms. Some pieces, a few Oxford chairs, were standard production and some pieces were variations of a stock piece.
Spanky sings the song best. Contact Fritz Hansen.
Send better photos. Just as your image displays the complete top, so should a photo for identification purposes show the complete bottom. Allow the people you want to work for free to work smart as opposed to work hard.

While I can't offer any specific insight on your chairs, there is no question that Fritz Hanzen mounted multiple chairs on unusual frames for uses such as church pews. Here are some pictures from my 1964 catalog

Hi phonegirl.
I believe (as mentioned above by my friend niceguy) that this bench once graced the B & O showroom in my area in the mid 1990's. Same color, too.
Best,
Aunt Mark

Hi,
my FH catalogue from 68 say the bench is designed by Erik Herløv and Tormond Olesen.
Best
