Yep, they're from a series called Moduline designed by Ole Gjerløv-Knudsen and Torben Lind in 1962. The series came with the frame in teak, oak or rosewood and the seat in either fabric or leather. The chair could be connected endlessly and fitted with armrests - macthing coffee tables were also available. The series was quite popular and in production with both France & Son, Cado and Fritz Hansen through the years.
Reg. value I'm not sure. Are you in the US? I only know the value here in Denmark and it's not that much. A single armless chair in leather and teak frame is like $100-$150. But I think it's a very nice furniture line.

Thanks so much for your info. I was so surprised that you can buy them for only $100-150 in Denmark. It would be worth it to have a few shipped over to the US. These are copies I am guessing. Since mine were purchased in 1963, they probably are vintage and worth a little more. I found that my Wishbone chair by Hans Weggner, has copies floating around for about $700.00. However, the originals are worth much more. I am hoping my chairs are worth more since they are old.
Thank you so much for your reply. You were so kind to send photos. they are exactly like the ones I have. The leather of course is worn, but then again they are over 40 years old.

Well, if you go to vintage...
Well, if you go to vintage design stores here in Copenhagen, these chair will cost you a little more than $100-150, but I've seen them being sold at various fleamarkets at this price. Maybe the buyers were a bit lucky, but my impression is, that they're really not that expensive.
Regarding the link below, DKK1000 equals $185, but I seriously doubt they will go higher than half of that. Type in "moduline" in the search box. If nothing comes up, you need to change the laungage to Danish in the top right corner. Surely they're not like your version but still.
