@jjgalleg. I'm not sure if @danish-homestore-com still checks in to the forum but as I have " tagged " him he might get a notification.
So for future reference, if you use @lexi for example I will get a notification about this post.
The member you want to contact has a business with that name. If you Google it you will find contact details. This might be the best way to get the information you are looking for.
In the meantime I found this image where someone has improvised with a nail..... 😶

@jjgalleg Glad you found some information. It is surprising how there are so few images on the web showing the details for the telescopic system.
I did however find one image ,of what I think is the bowl shaped ring mentioned in the last image posted by Simon and what it should possibly look like when positioned: just in case you are missing that piece too?

@lexi Thank you! My poles came with a missing spring at the top and missing pins for the bottom feet. Also, no screws but those were easy to find. I had the compression springs custom made (now I have extra springs if anyone needs!!). My husband made the pins out of framing nails. He cut them for me so they are about the size of the pins in the instructions. Lucky for us, all our feet came with the bowl shaped rings. The pictures make it all much more clear what was missing and what we already had.
@jjgalleg - Would you mind sharing a picture of the bowl-shaped rings? I inherited this system from my parents and had it set up but we moved and I'm trying to adapt this to the new ceiling height. I don't seem to have the bowl rings, but could get something made, if need be.
Thanks!
@fiona-2 I’m away from home until the weekend but when I get back, I will post detailed pics of all the parts. It’s a BEAUTIFUL system and my husband and father were able to set up mine. I will show you pics of the final set up too! Just stunning.
