Hi everyone... I've been trying to identify these footstools, black leather, tubular chromed legs, very distinctive, bought by my architect father, I *think* in the early 1970s. I've been hunting high and low, and the ONLY ones I've found which are remotely similar are the Siesta series by Ingmar Relling of Westnofa. I've just emailed Westnofa to ask them too: but meanwhile I thought I'd wave them here to see whether anyone can help.
The Siesta series appears to have a central bar linking the two legs, whereas this doesn't - but I don't know whether that means that this is simply a later variant, or a similar-but-not-Relling design? If anyone knows, would be hugely grateful if you would be willing to share your knowledge.
Thank you!
