Be sure and check out the Lincoln Road (outdoor) mall.
They do have street vendors selling MCM artifacts, also a few stores w/ the same MCM. And the food (and people watching) is superb (and cheap). Bring the kids.
Best,
Mark

Hi!
"Disney stuff with the kids but then its a mickey mouse free zone..." haha.
How is the contract? One day in Disney = how many design stores? 1 Day = 6 stores sounds OK? Hahaha.
I said once that I find good the DesignSponge city guides, They have 2 for Miami, 1 for Palm Beach, and 1 for Orlando.
I was always curious about the Design District...

And here is a link for the Market, Mark said:
I understood was a Design street but it's an antique fair!
Sounds like a must see for any DAer: http://www.antiquecollectiblemarket.com/
ps: If you do 10% of that... Poor the girls...

And
Architecture and/or design guides are in general great.
I find this on Miami, that looks good.
But I don't think you'll have time to order it, unless you made it send it to the hotel...

suggestions in Orlando
Killian,
The Morse Museum in Winter Park, Florida (a suburb of Orlando) is worth the visit. Very impressive.
Lunch or dinner at the Park Plaza Gardens Restaurant at the opposite end of the street is a treat.
Rollins College at the very end of the street has a beautiful campus.
Randall Made Knives (they are in the permanent collection at MoMA) is in Orlando and they have a "free tour".
Enjoy your visit.
