Doesn't look like mine
I'm no expert -- maybe the design changed slightly over the years -- but on my Knoll table:
a) the legs are secured to the central post by hex-head screws rather than Allen screws (and, yeah, there are two screws, one above the other),
b) the four arms that support the tabletop aren't beveled at the ends, and
c) the central piece to which those four arms are welded is round, not square.
If I can find my camera, I'll post some photos later.
Hi Zepp02 & fastfwd, thank yo...
Hi Zepp02 & fastfwd, thank you so much for the quick reply.., keep in mind the table is in australia, i dont think we have Steelcase here..
Could it be made under license? I know some Knoll products were made under license by William Lacthford here in australia in 1970s..
As promised
Sorry for the poor quality, especially of the second image, but here are the photos that show what I was trying to describe yesterday:
1) Each leg is secured by two hex-head screws (not Allen screws)
2) The tabletop-supporting arms have Rounded ends (not beveled)
3) The central piece to which the arms are welded is round (not square)
