Floor lamp I.D. is this a Thurston for Lightolier?

Hi, hoping someone can help with an I.D. I found this at a local Salvation Army, I just loved the flying saucer shape of the shade. Now I'm trying to figure out who manufactured it. After searching the internet, it does look similar to some pictures of a Thurston design, but my lamp is slightly different. The shade isn't as "cone" shaped, and the center pole goes into the center of the base rather than off to one side. I dig it one way or another! It doesn't light up though, so I am going to need to have that repaired...

Wow, that's cool. Thanks for the link jdip! Looks like mine for sure. I don't know what the rewiring will cost, but I only paid $10 for the lamp.

Why not
just rewire it yourself? Search youtube for instructional videos on how to rewire a lamp.

Lamp Restoration
I've restored many a mid century floor lamp and have sold many off. It's not to hard to do. If you were near by I could do it for you. I've taken shot lamps and had them looking pretty new.
