Floor Lamp ID  

I picked up this floor lamp the other day for $20. I am not a lamp pro, so I need some help. I am thinking American, maybe Lightolier, but have not been able to track down any similar lamps. This one definitely has some age to it, but not sure how old it is. It is brass and black metal with a lucite diffuser. The black metal shade is punched to let light pass nicely through. I am still not sure if I like it, but for twenty bucks you can't go wrong. Thanks for any input!
