I've recently come across an Ottoman that I believe to be an Eames piece, but I don't know how to identify a fake.
I would like to purchase it asap if it is in fact original. Can anyone give me some pointers?
Tiffany

Clowns
Shush...
I encourage you to draw an exact representation of said Eames in question. You'll leave an everlasting impression upon us all.

According to the Old Farmer's Almanac
you can determine whether an Eames ottoman is genuine or not by rapping it with your knuckles and listening for a dull, hollow sound.
Only I forget if that means it's real... or fake.
