Any one know if they sell replacements with this type of built on attachment? No luck searching the net.

Never seen these, but you...
Never seen these, but you should be able to make your own fairly easily. Simply buy webbing and the flat metal grips they sell on fagasstraps.com. The flat metal grips look like they come with a predrilled hole in the center, you should be able to add a rivet through there and it should come close to what you have pictured here.

Or,
remove your original pieces, drill a hole on either side of the post, and rivet to a new strip of Pirelli webbing (which is readily available online by the foot). A luggage repair shop can do the riveting, though probably not drilling the holes. If you or no one you know has a drill press, you might need to farm that out to a machine shop.
