You are looking for a machinist, or a small machine/weld/fabrication shop. They build all things metal, and the smaller ones are more personal. Expect to pay 40-60 per hour. Maybe a machine shop school or trade college could beat that rate. Sometimes people who race cars, know exactly where to go in your own area.
