His answer was as kind as the person himself: "...as a good friend..."

Well 90 years is a pretty good lifespan
and he apparently got out there and really lived his. Can't say his passing will give me any more love for post-modernism, tho. No Memphis for me...I spent the 80's much in love with Punk.
