Guys, did anybody Etsy ? What are your experiences so far ? Pro /con ? I would really be interested in hearing the good and the bad, whatever info you can share.
(Etsy is a market place for sellers of homemade or vintage things, often unique, rather colorful small stuff, some small homewares too.)

On a broader note: what are your thoughts concerning paying online with a credit card (e.g. Maestro) thru SSL encryption? And the resulting data given to an online company ?

Any opinions on PayPal, good/bad ?

Any pointers much appreciated !

Can't speak for the other place, but paypal can be fraught with problems, but these seem to be mainly for the sellers, not the buyers.
Buyers are pretty well protected..
Odd really, as sellers provide them with their revenue

Paypal vs Visa/ Mastercard
Hi, thank you for your feedback Robert ! Just a quick question: when paying over the internet as a buyer, would you prefer Visa/Mastercard over Paypal, or rather the other way around ?

As A Buyer
As a buyer, probably Paypal..they protect the buyer much more than the seller.
