The swivel base of my egg chair is damaged so I would like to find a replacement. Does someone know a company or have a contact I could purchase a new base from?

That's a knockoff of a Jacobsen egg chair. When you buy unauthorized reproductions, you don't get any assurance of quality or any support when things go wrong. The manufacturer's idea is that you toss it and buy another one because they are so cheap compared to the real thing.
