Community who designed these futuristic chairs. I have seen these in a magazine, however, I just can not put my finger on them. Is it Burke, Eames, Knoll, or a designer not familiar to me, thank you

Please excuse me for stating ...
Please excuse me for stating the obvious, as I am not really sure where you are in terms of modern furniture knowledge. The original design is by Eero Saarinen for Knoll. However, there are many knock-offs, including whatever it is you have here, which I agree, looks to be Burke. By the shell shape at least it looks like Burke, the stem of the base seems wide to me, but could be the angle...
That being said, Burke did not "design" these per se. They are a furniture manufacturer, and one of the better known makers for making knock-offs during this period - and primarily knock-offs of Saarinen designs. Another possibility is a company called Arkana.
SO Saarinen is the designer, but these are an inferior, not true to the design, knock-off.

Not mine
This was going be a craigslist flip for someone. Initially, I thought that they were a cross between Mccobb's fiberglass chair and a Saarenin like base. I am clear as to the difference between the two. Sometimes items come about that puzzle me like Woodward sculptura patio furnture and knockoffs. Not everything seems to be readily categorized on google images and attributions are made by either individual assumption or dealers and the story plays out indefinitely.
Thank you for your attribution to this thread whitespike, in that, it is inspiring to see how we continue to educate and learn about this period of furniture design.
