Hello,
Wondering if anyone could help me with IDing these chairs (year, rarity, etc), and an approximate value.
They are in relatively good shape. One (of two) has a small crack at the bolt hole on the cross member that attaches to the seat. The other is wobbly as if the bushing is bad or gone (assuming they have a bushing).
The fabric is original and is in good shape, other than really dusty from years of storage.
On the ID tag I can make out "EA 06 85", I think.
Here are some images.
Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Please familiarize your self ...
Please familiarize your self with the forum rules as they state to not post asking about price.
Also try searching on google before posting here. Information regarding Eames furniture is abundantly available on the internet. You would likely have answered all of your questions quite quickly.
as for a price try searching on ebay to see what they are going for.
Wasn't aware of that rule, I...
Wasn't aware of that rule, I apologize. However, "Requests to identify objects are welcome", I believe.
Not sure why the assumption that I haven't checked Google. It was in fact Google that -after sifting through multiple sites- led me here. If all question are deferred to Google then there would be little purpose for this forum other than to self indulge... but I digress.
Regardless, my question -which I couldn't find the answer to on Google- is not a general "what kind of chair is this?". It is a little more specific. Specific to the significance of the "ID" numbers on the base of the pieces, or design details (e.g the hexagon bolt head). Do they indicate approximate time/date of manufacture, and how do they compare to earlier/later pieces? # of pieces produced, rarity or lack of, etc. Is there an ID# roster of sorts that one can access?
Not a "soft pad".
"EA" is model code and "06 85" is a date stamp, I think.
There were numerous versions of this chair produced in various configurations, finishes and upholstery. Fabric and frame on yours are run-of-the-mill. Price is whatever comparable examples in similar condition are going for on eBay.
