I have a set of vintage down-filled cushions that are somewhat worn.

I am thinking of getting a new set of leather cushions, remove the fiberfill inside and subsititute them with the vintage down-filling.

Do you think this will affect the collectibility of my rosewood/downfilled set?

I'm confused
Do you want new leather with down filling? If so, why not just get the old ones reupholstered?
And are the down-filled cushions just down or are they down over foam? Most upholstered furniture with down cushions have a down-filled batt over foam or other resilient cushioning.

The back and headrest...
The back and headrest cushions are pure down-filled. The seat has foam and down filling.
The idea I have is swap out the inner down cushions to the new leather and backs. So the leather and backs will be new, but the down filling will be vintage.
Do you think it detracts from its originality?
