Herman Miller has updated their "Discovering Design" web museum and has included the 1956 TV show debut of the Lounge chair and ottoman. Just follow the link, enter, click on the lounge chair and ottoman toward the bottom, and click the little filmstrip next to "video". There is a lot of stuff added, I'm going back to explore more.
