compound bends
One of the main innovations and hallmarks of the Eames plywood chairs was that the plywood had compound bends within a single piece.
These chairs appear to have only one bend per piece, and seem completely different from the Eames designs. I doubt they are Eames chairs.

I'm a bit late to this thread but found the topic interesting.  My family ran a moulded plywood business in Sydney from 1955 to 1991.  At the peak they had ~700 moulds, 60 employees and an acre plant.  They supplied > 40 Australian furniture producers in that time including the seating for the Opera House.  I'm currently doing voice recordings with my father to document the history. Also trying t track down some details around Eames 670 production in Australia in the 60s/70s. Happy to chat plywood with anyone who is interested.
