I acquired a pair of Eames wire chairs recently though a public sale. The original owner claims they are real and picked them up from an authentic retailer- but as a collector i always have my doubts. They are on Eiffel bases with what i believe is nickel plated rubber dome tops gliders.
they also came with leather bikini which was a plus. Since i did some research and realized that the chrome option wasn't introduced until more recently I didn't think i would find a PAT. PEND stamp like i would on other more vintage wire chairs. I have no detached the base from the seat so I can't say I have fully inspected it. But the owner said he might of got it about 20 years ago? (so its pretty recent?)

Can't tell from your photo
But Moderinca copies are not the same dimensionally as original chairs. I believe they are a tad wider in the seat.
A real Eames wire chair has a seat width of about 18.5".
