I recently pruchased a 1970s RAR and was hoping to get some good solid thoughts on the shock mounts. I bought from a dealer who had providence on the piece. I know the base is a reproduction but was curious as to the indents in the shock mounts as they do not line up with the base frame which is an exact replica of the original. There is an image below.
