Hi,
I have an off-white/cream Eames LAR. I was wondering if anyone can help me date it and identify the manufacturer etc... I imported it about 10-12 years ago from Holland to the UK, but I don't know much else about it. There aren't any stickers or stamps on the shell, but it does have 2 embossed letters on the underside a V and a M. See images attached.

I'm relocating in a couple of months, so I'm considering selling it if it's worth it. Otherwise it will go back into storage. Any thoughts on approximate value, as I understand dating can affect the value considerably.
Thanks in Advance.

Updated
Hi again. I realised the original images (whilst valid) didn't embed, so I've added some ones that do. Please use URL versions for more detail. I'm keen to find out what "V" and "M" mean. Having read many posts on this forum, most refer to a Z, S, or Herman Miller sticker. I have seen the odd mention of a V from others seemingly sourcing from Holland too. Is that a clue?
Thanks

V
I believe the general consensus here is that V = Vitra. The shell certainly has the shape of Vitra production.
