This seems a good idea. I might be inclined to add a fuzzy logic routine to it to emulate rising and falling gusts of wind, something very natural and comfortable to most persons.

Now, let me take this where it really excites me. Scaled way up, this seems like a potentially wonderful propulsion system a swamp boat that uses an air fan.

Next, I wonder if it could be adapted to water and used as a trolling motor propulsion system for boats? It would eliminate all the turbulence and much of the noise that is undesirable in an exposed propeller drive.
