Does anyone recognise this Dining Suite?

I have been offered this dining suite comprising : Table with a push down cantilever extension, 4 chairs and the sideboard which is on stylish A shaped legs.

The extension part of the table also provides a storage space for table linen ect. The extension mechanism is unusual as to operate it you push down on one end and it swings into place.

Any Help would be appreciated.

Where are you located, do you have any info on the furniture (where was it bought)...
The ends of the table remind of the madisson serie, by Decoene from Belgium.
But the wood makes me think this is more american production.
