We bought this chair recently and wondered if anyone knew anything about it. It is very well made in what looks like solid beech and has a quality control tag which looks to be stamped 1955. There is also a half faded (typical 😉 ) makers badge. The original fabric is a sort of waffle which has at some point been covered in a later mid century fabric. If anyone has any idea who designed/made his chair we'd be really grateful. Were in the UK. Thanks
