What is the prevailing attitude of rich-n-famous in terms of high end interior design? What do you say is their approach and response to design?

The most expensive=the best
The most expensive=the best.
That's the sinthesis of arich-famouos mind, for thus that I know, as I don't belong to this group...
Expensive means that few ones can afford it, so it means exclusive.
I think famous people likes to have exclusove things around, they let people talk about you.
It is also thrue that good taste not always is so expensive, I like Bauhaus furniture and they are not as expensive as Venetian 18th Century ones.
However a few people know what Bauhaus is, who wer Mies, Le Corbusier, Breuer.
Probably rich and famous people don't have much time to read....

Ah, take me back to the days when MTV was all about music
Well, no matter how much money you've got, you certainly can't go out and buy yourself good taste. Just look at the awful show on MTV called Cribs. The scary things that most of these celebrities have hired prof. interior decoraters to do their home and the results are utter crap. Apperantly it's the same interior designer being used by the rich and famous as all the homes look exactly like each other.
Oh, the horror ... the horror.
