There are many small wonders discovered in a life that over time contribute as mightily to the richness of one's life as the large wonders do. Thanks for being our host and hostess. I know you will probably groan, but I plan on staying another 10 years. 🙂

Will be having a beer or two while relaxing in Copenhagen and Tivoli on Saturday.

As only one of my friends have a interest in design and architecture, I was very happy to stumble upon DA and I still today several years later visit the forum every single day to see which topics are being debated.
Thank you, Patrick & Alix, for providing all of us this wonderful loading dock of knowledge, excitement and laughter.

Patrick and Alix, and many thanks for your hard work here. And thanks to all my friends at DA! This has been a busy couple of weeks. The long lost fiancee has returned, and we will marry next week, I mounted my MFA exhibition, and today sucessfully defended my thesis. My head is spinning and I am bone tired, but I had to join the party! The last pic is me as a grisaille enamel.

My kids
are all coming home for Thanksgiving with their digital cameras and computer know-how so will post pix soon of my latest project. Many, many sincere congratulations to Patrick and Alix for an astonishing ten years of good work and good service. It's nice to be among friends to share ideas, inspiration, wit and sometimes rancor.
