Design Detective...ID a Folding Chair...  

Hello Everyone!
Like all of you I love design. It is sometimes the acquisition that I have a problem with. I am working on a mid-century meets contemporary theme for a small apartment and I cannot find a particular chair. It is a folding chair whose legs fold OUT. I think I saw a reproduction at Ikea but it's not to be found. I was wondering if one of my fellow design lovers might have an idea who made this, perhaps a name, or even (gasp) a place where I can pick one up. Because I couldn't find a picture, I had to draw it by hand. (I am not the best at rendering furniture, so please look past my inequities.) Any help with the search would be greatly appreciated!
