We have removed all the messages concerning this thread because, from now on, we will no longer accept complaints about problems with your orders from online stores.
We understand and appreciate that our visitors wish to warn everybody when they are confronted to companies with problematic quality service but it is not the first vocation of Design Addict to become the receptacle for all consumers complaints (justified or not). We would like Design Addict to be a place to share questions and reflections about design and not a consumer complaint office.
If you are confronted to defaulting or dishonest retailers, there are specialized organizations that will be able to help you much better. We invite you to lodge a complaint with these institutions. It is the best solution so that the Internet becomes a secure commercial exchange space.
