I recently picked up four (4) Moller 71 chairs and two (2) Moller 55 chairs at a consignment shop and was wondering how to find out the date of manufacture for each one. Besides the "Made in Denmark" and Moller labels underneath, I noticed a set of numbers stamped on each chair. Something like 09/1056 or 01/1056.
Can anyone help me with the dating codes of these Moller chair models? Thanks!
try asking møller
they mey not shed any light on the issue but never hurt asking.
Why is it important anyway? the chairs are still made so your patina will give you an idea of age if not the upholstery.
