Danish teak pot planter designer  

Since I recently bought my first house, I've quickly become addicted to acquiring mid century Danish furnishings for the place. While most of the acquisitions are fairly well documented, I came across a teak pot planter with no seller info or piece markings. There is currently a very similar design on eBay with the markings "JYDSK BODKERKUNST BRDR. ROGILD SKIVE", part of which I assume is the furniture maker.

Anyone have a clue as to whom is the designer for either/both planters?
