Hi gang, So I have had this lounge chair for a few years and off and on have searched endlessly to identify make or origin.
Does anyone have any possible info on it?
I've googled all the generic terms and searched that furniture index site in DK, still nothing after nearly four years!!

This lounge has all teakwood frame with full upholstered high back and loose seat cushion, not sure if the upholstery is original, this is half the reason for wanting to identify cause I am restoring and want to reupholster in something close to original.

Thanks in advance!

..second pic shows without upholstery and seating frame, but chair has adjustable seating/reclines partially.

not Danish
The chairs is by Guy Rogers, a British firm, and is part of their Manhattan range. The frame is afrormosia rather than teak if I remember rightly, and the fabric would have been a plain colour Harris Tweed. Just google 'Guy Rogers Manhattan' to see lots of examples.

without a doubt
Guy rogers made beautiful sofas and chairs, lovely quality, and I certainly think they rank as highly as lots of Danish designs. Very well thought of and the prices are pretty bouyant at the minute particularly for the lower back chairs and sofas like the one you have.
There are loads of great UK sofas and armchairs from that period that usually get described as 'Danish', Toothill and Greaves and Thomas are prime examples, I think we must have been quite reserved with advertising as hardly any of them have an identifying stamp.
