Thanks Robert, I had to share. I know little about them besides what the seller told me. Designed by Folke Palssen for FDB. I just love there simple design and the teak wood of course.

I've seen them with original paint in bright yellow and black. And maybe white. I see the painted ones more often than varnished or oiled wood.

Interesting, something to look into I'd like to see them in color 😀 One thing when we brought them I did notice they are on the short side. I have a Danish table and these just don't look right with it. Are these dining chairs or maybe side chairs? Or maybe for someone who isn't so tall?

Saw these on ebay a couple of times but the condition was not great and usually it's one or 2 chairs but not a full set like these. This set seems to be in great condition. Of all the mid century shaker style designs, these seem to be the most modern looking to me in style, the simplicity is wonderful! Hope you enjoy the set, as I would if I had them.
