Can anyone please help me confirm a designer of this beautiful Teak Arm chair, no maker marks anywhere just the odd chair online in either Erik Kirkegaard and a few as a Greta Jalk design.

Looks very similar to and possibly identical to this chair. I can't tell if the rails are the same. And the seat looks smaller on yours.
Also does it have the little joint peeking out beside the backrest?

Hi, Thanks for that. I've seen those online marked as Kirkegarrd but mine is different in that the arm doesn't have a brace underneath like this one and no exposed joint where the arm meets the back. Ill add another image if I can work this out. Cheers
Right you are
Well here is a marked specimen. The manufacurer is Glostrup. That might help get you to the designer.
I think the issue is they look a lot like Erik Kirkegaard chairs for Høng Stole, but they are actually a Glostrup product, and Grete Jalk did some designs for Glostrup. So some people mistake them for EK for Høng, and others jump from Glostrup to Jalk. But I don't see any sources on the Internet that document anbody, Jalk or otherwise, as the designer.
Unless EK is known to have designed for Glostrup, I would rather gamble on Jalk, but then I don't gamble.
Maybe somebody here has real documentation. Old glostrup ads or a catalog.

We have covered this ground before on the forum.
They are Glostrup produced so I guess there is a possibility they could have been designed by Jalk but I have never seen any documentation to substantiate this.
My feeling is they are in house Glostrup designs.
Very nice chairs, great lines.

Thank you for all your help. I relay don't think its designed by Erik Kirkegaard as its quite a different style of craftsmanship in the joints and structure of the chairs. I am leading towards Greta Jalk for now unless there are any more ideas kicking around.
The chair is indeed from Glostrup - here it is with a label, a model name (GM11), an attribution and a reference to the GM 1962 catalog.

Svend Aage Eriksen strikes again...
Leif, we really need to find this Glostrup 1962 catalog!
Conny, I see from your profile that you only have five posts. Therefore you may not be aware that leif probably does more independent research, is more thorough, and has uploaded more catalog pages to this site than anyone else; for the benefit of everyone else. It is quite a hassle to scan and clean up old catalog pages, then take the time to individually load each sheet on this site (the very obstacles to my uploading a 1955 Risom catalog).
While I often lob salvos towards those too lazy to do a simple Google search, your target here is poorly chosen.
And as I just finished typing this, I see leif has just uploaded the Den Permanente catalog to this forum for all to reference; except Conny that is, who I'm sure will get that info from his/her nearest library.
Hi cdsilva, I bet Leif can answer for himself.
About me targeting him, didn't you read a little to much into my comment?
"Have yoou been in contact with a library?"
Yes, I see now that I spelled "yoou" wrong, but could you please tell me where you find the targeting?
So that I don't have to make the mistake again. You know, english isn't my native language.
