I've always appreciated the Danish tags.
Many varieties though.
On this one SILKEBORG is the town?
I'm sure someone has done the research and
can shed some light to the history of these tags?
When the system started, etc.

one of a kind?
This is the listing i'm referring to...
You are bidding on a fantastic and rare danish modern rosewood coffee table/bar/side table/credenza designed by KORCH HENNING and manufactured by SILKEBORG MOBELFABRIK.
Fantastic pieces i keep running across.
This seller has designer info. etc.
Often the tag is the classic symbol without much info.
What is the best way to research some of these
rare 'one of a kind' pieces?
I'm not bidding on this one but i like so much of the Danish furniture.
Well made and they never seem mass produced.
My architect was a Danish cabinet maker and his attention to detail
is rare. Wall of built-in drawers in the master bdrm, teak kitchen cabinets, etc.
Danish modern is a fine fit in my home and most of my collection.
(photos are huge. not sure how to make them tiny)

I like that each box only...
I like that each box only needs two wheels because of the hinge support.
It would make a fantastic coffee table but i have a very thick rug in
that spot.

Yes, Junk. He imports cheap...
Yes, Junk. He imports cheap stuff from other countries, such as turkey, and sells to stores. Your basic rooms to go type stuff. I couldn't believe the Danes would stoop to that level, but I guess there are people with no sense of style everywhere.
