I picked up this really neat little piece that doesn't look like any other mid century modern magazine rack or stand I've seen before. Just curious if anyone has seen this design before and know if it's from any particular designer? There's no mark.

I have no idea either, although I suspect it's a telephone table rather than a magazine rack...the little pull out for writing numbers and "who called" messages...

I think it's quite a cute little piece that can easily go next to a lounge chair. You can put a drink on the top, a notepad and pen on that tray and few magazines in that slot!
We had one of these.
My parents had one of these and it was for telephone book etc.
Wish I knew where it was now!
I'm originally from Memphis, TN so it probably was a product of the USA but I'm not sure.
