So I acquired this table with a set of 4 Peter Hvidt dining chairs, a France and Sons Hvidt Lounge and a Ekornes Amigo chair. The table has not one single mark other than a hand written 7 on the bottom. I know it can be hard to pin these down to a designer..but since it was found with such quality items I am hopeful this time. Here are a few pics and the link will take you to more pics. I also was wondering if there was any advice that someone may have on the top. I have chemically striped the main top and leafs. The main top was thrashed...serious food and wax build up. but even after stripping, sanding, steel wool and oil..the colors of the leaves and the main table are a bit different...any help would be appreciated!

Try red-tinted
wax on the leaves ?
I seriously doubt that there is a single vintage table in the world whose leaves match the main top -- except where those leaves were always in use, not hidden away !
Nice table. The leg taper is very subtle.

yeah....
i was thinking if there is anything that could possibly identify the table it would be the legs....slight tapper...and a unique oval shape....I found one on 1stdibs that is very similar what do yall think? mine does not have the round mark underneath...but there are about 2 round holes the same size recessed into the bottom in the middle area of the top? you can see them multiple pics on my Photobucket...but they seem to line up with the two holes that you can see in the top support. you can see it clearly on my second pic on this thread...the top has two holes in the bottom that line up with the two holes you can see in the middle of the three support rails on the frame...IDK?
