KWC Diverter
NOW, THIS POST WAS ALL ABOUT THE DIVERTER... A LITTLE KNOB THAT SWITCHES THE WATER BACK AND FORTH FROM THE TUB SPOUT BELOW AND THE HANDSHOW ABOVE.
The link below is to a model by KWC, but this tiny little "switch" with hardware and trim will run you about $250+
So, I'm looking for a more practical option.
SO, DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

great pics...
The tub spout has a "bump out" detail thats not needed?/the hand held has a curve that disturbs me a bit.Your choices are really quite good, unlikely to bother you 15 years from now, reason for my comment about bath redos.Interesting you point out matt levels dont match...Olive has bath stories I am sure...

Toto CT705L tankless toilet
Besides the diverter, the other thing I'm not certain of, that I'm still shopping for is the flushometer, or flush valve for the tankless toilet. Most people recommend Sloan, but I've seen some really nice ones, nice as in ones that have a look much like the sink trap listed above, but inverted. I just don't know who makes them, and cannot seem to find them by searching online.

2 OUT OF 3 AIN'T BAD
I found a company called GS North America. They make an identical had-shower wall-bar to the Bossini wall-bar that is discontinued, and to solve my original problem, they make a (somewhat) reasonably priced diverter valve with trim.

FLUSH VALVE / FLUSHOMETER hardware for Toilet
My only major part left to find is a flushometer or manual flush valve. Right now I'm considering either the Gerberit Vortex? Piston, or the Sloan GEM 2. I quite liked the German made Schell, but my wife doesn't want a "button", she wants a "lever" which honestly, I prefer as well, and a plumber has given me advice casting doubts that it may have problems with American toilets (It is not sold here, and would have to be ordered from overseas)... There also may be some costs issues, as in, I do not yet know what this designer flush-valve costs... So, without further delay:

Chicago faucets is leaner simpler of this last group. The push buttons- very sleek -some are hard to push...You come up with some great designs...
