Hi-
I purchased this credenza/sideboard in Dallas and loved the look but I can't figure out the maker/designer. On the inside of the top drawer, the stamp "Marshall Field and Company" is present, but it has no other identifying marks. Any help would be most appreciated. Sorry for the slightly blurry photos. Thanks!

Nobody
has any ideas? I know Marshall Field's was based in Chicago, but who designed for them? To me, the drawer pulls look like Vodder, but the credenza itself is different than any Vodder I've seen.

Is it possible?
Do you think this was maybe used in the store as a display or for merchandising? Maybe the mark is a property mark?

Just
a bad cell phone photo. Sorry about that. It may be a property mark, but there really aren't any other markings. The doors with circle pulls slide, but aren't tambour doors. My guess is that it was from the early 1960s since Marshall Field and Company changed to Marshall Field's in the late 60s.
