Could this be a true Eames chair?

This was given to me, and I wonder if it is a true vintage Eames chair. Underneath the upholstery, it is wobbly and seems broken (hence the gift) - you can tell by the uneven top of the back. It's the same at the arms - wobbly. The date is stamped underneath. The label has come off, only a piece of it remains. Any ideas? I may put it on Craig's List for under 100 dollars? Would that seem right if it is Eames?

Definately not Eames or...
Definately not Eames or Burke. Indeed, truly not Saarinen or Knoll.
I'd put my bet this is Olli Mannermaa.

The Olli Mannermaa chairs...
The Olli Mannermaa chairs I've seen, all have a space between the back and seat, that the chair above does not seem to have.
