I currently own a plycraft lounge chair that is totaly worn out. It is the must comfortable chair,dare i say more so than the eames 670. Does anyone know if you can get replacement parts such as cushions for the chair and ottoman ? If not are there any leeds on g o o d quality chinese or other manufactures ?

I highly doubt there are replacement parts for these. Best to get reupholstered/professionally restored. There are several threads on this here if you will use the search function.
Lastly, not to be rude, but can you please refrain from using all caps?

Plycraft made as many variations as Barcalounger does today.
Comfy enough. I have my father-in-laws in my studio. Sentimental
more than anything. Squeeks, spins, and takes a hard left when sitting.
No replacement parts available.

The only parts available for replacement are the swivel bases and the tilt mechanisms.
I've refinished and recovered 3 of these guys, and Spanky has done at least a half dozen. They are actually pretty easy if you're a hands-on type.
If not DAs own Lloyd will re-upholster them in any color (including purple) Google Retro Redo for his contact info.
