Just saw a pic in Dwell of this piece of work. It looks stunning aesthetically, but I have a hunch that its elevated, cantilevered top floor might be a functional turkey. It is comprised of two monoliths crossing over one another, plus a strange Gehry-esque ornament on the front. Would someone tell me about Coop Himmelb(l)au? I like the building.
